Do you need to make a change?

You can request it at no additional cost for the first change, whether it's for another size or color. If you want to exchange it for a different item, the cost is 1.5€.

Remember that when making a change, we first need to ensure that the product you are exchanging is in perfect condition, and once it is verified, we will proceed with the shipment of the new item.

Returns have a cost of €2.99 if you choose the gift card, or €5.98 if you prefer to have the amount refunded by the same payment method.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For the return to be valid, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Include tags, accessories, and any other elements with which it was sent.
  • Not apply to personalized products, for obvious reasons.

If the product has any manufacturing defects, we offer a solution at no additional cost.
