At PICSIL we make it easy for you: simple, clear, and hassle-free returns so you can manage any issue without problems.
Returns have a cost of €2.99 if you choose the gift card, or €5.98 if you prefer to have the amount refunded by the same payment method.

Yes, we have the option of a first size exchange for free
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For the return to be valid, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Include tags, accessories, and any other elements with which it was sent.
- Not apply to personalized products, for obvious reasons.
If the product has any manufacturing defects, we offer a solution at no additional cost.
We do not accept exchanges on personalized products or on those that have been used or damaged after purchase.
