At PICSIL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a return or exchange process under the following conditions:

  • EXCHANGES

    Do you need to make an exchange?

    You can request it at no additional cost, whether for another size or a different item.

  • RETURNS

    If you need to return your order, don't worry. At PICSIL we offer you a simple, clear, and accessible return process, so you can manage any issues without complications.

  • Cost and term

    You can return your order within 30 days after receiving it.
    Returns have a cost starting from 2.99 €.
  • Item Conditions

    Items must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, smells, or washing. It is essential that they are returned in their original packaging, inside a protective bag or box.
  • Exclusions

    Returns of personalized items are not accepted.

IMPORTANT:

Returns will not be accepted if the products arrive without proper packaging or with the carrier's label directly affixed to the item's original packaging.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange.

Yes, we offer the option to exchange for another item or size free of charge.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For the return to be valid, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Include tags, accessories, and any other elements with which it was shipped.
  • Does not apply to personalized products, for obvious reasons.

If the product has a manufacturing defect, we offer a solution at no additional cost.

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN'T I EXCHANGE?

We do not accept exchanges on personalized products or those that have been used or damaged after purchase.
