- Proper storage: Store the Rope in its carrying bag to protect it from moisture, dust, and potential damage. Avoid leaving it exposed to the sun or in damp places.

- Regular cleaning: Clean the handles and the cable with a soft, dry cloth after each use. Do not use harsh chemicals, as they may damage the materials.

- Cable inspection: Periodically check the condition of the cable, and if you notice wear or damage, replace it to prevent breaks during training.

- Cable adjustment: Ensure the cable is correctly adjusted in the head. If you make frequent adjustments, check that it is securely fastened to prevent it from loosening during use.

- Avoid abrasive surfaces: Use the Rope on smooth surfaces to prolong the cable's lifespan and avoid premature wear.
