Correct use:
- Avoid rough surfaces. Do not lean on rough surfaces that may cause friction and wear on the fabric.
Put it on correctly. When adjusting it, avoid pulling the fabric abruptly to prevent damage to the seams or elasticity.
Do not use it in contact with Velcro or accessories with sharp edges, as they can snag and damage the fabric.

- Avoid prolonged use in chlorinated or salt water. It is not designed for pool use, as this can affect the elasticity and colors.

Washing and Drying:
- Hand wash or use a delicate cycle with cold water (maximum 30°C) to preserve the elasticity of the spandex.

- Use mild detergent, without bleach or fabric softeners, as these can weaken the fibers and elasticity.

- Do not wring the garment when draining; instead, gently press to remove excess water.

- Dry in the shade and in a horizontal position to prevent the elastic waistband from deforming under the weight of the water.

- Do not use a dryer or iron, as excessive heat can damage the elastic fibers.

Storage:
- Store in a dry and cool place, away from moisture to prevent the proliferation of mold or bad odor.

- Do not fold it excessively or place heavy objects on it to avoid deforming the elastic waistband.
