The Rook Rope is the Rope ideal for those starting functional training and looking for a technical, fast, and comfortable jump. It is perfect for disciplines like Cross Training, boxing, kickboxing, MMA, calisthenics, HIIT training and other activities where the jump rope improves coordination, endurance, and agility.
This Rope is designed to offer maximum performance thanks to its aluminum handle, double precision bearing, and PVC-coated steel cable, ensuring a smooth spin, fast and frictionless. Lightweight, ergonomic, and with a non-slip design, the aluminum Rook Rope Rope is perfect for progressing without distractions.

Highlighted Features:

100% aluminum handle (strength and lightness in one piece): The handle of the Rook Rope is made entirely of anodized aluminum, a robust and ultralight material. This not only allows for intensive use without deforming or deteriorating over time but also reduces fatigue in the hands and wrists, especially in high-repetition training or prolonged cardio sessions.

Double internal bearing (greater fluidity and speed in each jump): Each handle incorporates a double precision bearing system, allowing the cable to spin with a smoother, more consistent rotation and without friction. This makes the Rook Rope a true fast Rope, ideal for double or triple jumps.

2.5 mm PVC-coated steel cable (control and durability): The central cable of the jump rope is braided steel, providing excellent resistance to wear and deformation. It is coated with a PVC layer, protecting both the cable and the floor where you train (rubber, cement, or wood). This coating also reduces friction and improves movement control. Additionally, at PICSIL we offer replacements for 2.5 mm cables. 

Ergonomic and knurled handle (better fit to the hand and total control): The handle design is intended to naturally fit the shape of the hand. It also incorporates a knurled pattern (anti-slip engraving) that offers a solid grip even with sweaty hands. The result is a Rope that feels stable and secure throughout the workout, without needing to readjust the grip position.

Non-slip O-rings (firm grip even with sweaty hands): The rubber O-rings, strategically placed near the upper end of the handle, act as safety stops for the fingers. They help prevent the grip from sliding back, especially during intense workouts. They also offer a tactile reference point to place your hands in the same position every time.

- Cable adjustment: Ensure the cable is properly adjusted in the head. If you make frequent adjustments, check that it is securely fastened to prevent it from loosening during use.
- Avoid abrasive surfaces: Use the Rope on smooth surfaces to prolong the cable's life and prevent premature wear.
