- Regular washing: Wash them after several uses to avoid the accumulation of sweat and bacteria. Hand washing with cold water and a mild detergent is recommended.

- Use of a washing bag: If you decide to wash them in the washing machine, put them in a washing bag to prevent them from getting tangled or damaging the Velcro. Use a gentle cycle with cold water.

- Air drying: Let them air dry in a ventilated place away from direct sunlight to avoid wear and tear of the material and loss of elasticity. Do not use a dryer.

- Closing the Velcro before washing: Before washing them, make sure to close the Velcro to prevent it from sticking to other garments and damaging the fabric.

- Avoid harsh products: Don't use bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh chemicals, as they can weaken the fibers and reduce the durability of the bandages.

- Correct roll-up after each use: After training, unroll and let dry before storing. Once dry, roll them correctly to prevent them from warping and are ready for the next use.

- Proper storage: Store them in a dry and ventilated place, away from moisture and bad odors. Avoid leaving them inside your sports bag for too long after training.
